Job summary

Enfield Council is seeking a technology leader to oversee the day-to-day management of cloud and infrastructure services. You will lead a team responsible for Azure, Entra ID and Microsoft 365, ensuring security, resilience and high performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cloud and infrastructure operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive service improvement.
• Knowledge of governance, security standards and risk management.
• Experience with digital transformation and cyber security programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing cloud and infrastructure team.
• Manage availability, security, resilience and performance of Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Ensure teams follow council policies, governance and best practice.
• Drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence.
• Support major digital transformation, cloud modernisation, cyber security and technology refresh.
• Manage suppliers, service performance, risks and operational delivery.
• Collaborate with architecture, cyber security and delivery teams for outcomes across digital portfolio.
