Job summary

Jobsoid Inc. in London is seeking a Cloud, Infrastructure & Digital Workplace Specialist to manage cloud, identity, and workplace services, delivering secure and reliable technology for colleagues.

You will oversee Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune and Defender, resolve incidents, enhance security controls and automate routine tasks, reporting to the Lead for Cloud, Infrastructure & Digital Workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft cloud and infrastructure environments.
• Strong practical Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration skills.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender and endpoint security tools.
• Knowledge of Azure administration and cloud operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident, problem and change management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to resolving issues.
• The ability to explain technical matters clearly to colleagues and suppliers.
• A customer-focused approach and an understanding of security and compliance requirements.
• Financial services experience is important, with insurance or insurance broker experience particularly relevant. Microsoft administrator, Azure Administrator or equivalent certifications would be desirable.

• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Work with suppliers to resolve issues and identify opportunities for automation and service improvement.

The opportunity

An opportunity in the Insurance sector working for a Blue Chip employer as a Cloud, Infrastructure & Digital Workplace Specialist.

This is a hands-on technical role supporting the day-to-day administration and improvement of cloud, identity, infrastructure and workplace services. You will work across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune and Microsoft Defender, helping to deliver secure and reliable technology for colleagues.
