Qualifications

• Experience operating and supporting senior technology governance forums with defined TOR, authority, quorum and voting requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Security and Control partners.
• Proven ability to design, maintain and quality-assure governance artefacts (agendas, packs, templates, minutes, decision records).
• Desirable knowledge of Cloud, AI and GenAI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance forums and steer decision-making to align with risk and control objectives.
• Coordinate inputs across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Security and Control partners and challenge constructively when needed.
• Develop governance artefacts and ensure auditable, scalable decision-making.
• Drive collaboration with other business functions and prepare leaders to make informed decisions.
• Identify new directions for assignments, integrate cross-functional practices, and influence policy development.
• Promote Barclays values and leadership behaviours in governance activities.
