Job summary

Moneycorp, a global payments specialist, is hiring a Cloud Governance & Automation Lead to build a scalable, automated governance capability across FinOps, security and architecture compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role with a lean automation team, delivering policy-as-code and governance guardrails.

You will design analytics, embed zero-trust patterns, own dashboards, and partner with Finance, Risk and Engineering to drive cost efficiency and regulatory reporting from London, with a

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams (DevOps, SRE, FinOps or platform engineering).
• Track record mentoring and growing engineers.
• Comfortable operating a product-focused function with stakeholders.
• Experience automating compliance and governance into measurable analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and run automated compliance analytics across FinOps, Security and Architecture.
• Codify policies and regulatory requirements into checks with pass/fail outcomes.
• Deliver audit-ready evidence with trend reporting and insights.
• Monitor cost governance, security posture and architecture standards using automated measurement.
• Lead and develop a lean service automation team (2–3 engineers).
• Set technical direction, standards and delivery cadence.
