Job summary

Investigo is seeking a Systems Administrator to ensure enterprise systems are set up, maintained, and integrated across the MSP and vendor ecosystem. This role works closely with the Systems team to deliver a cloud-first environment with core on-premise Citrix components.

The successful candidate will coordinate monitoring, ensure GDPR/ISO compliance, and support system migrations related to M&A activity to keep the technology platform secure and auditable.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise systems administration within IT services environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-first strategies and hybrid on-premise components (Citrix).
• Knowledge of GDPR, ISO standards and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Gather information to provide visibility of all systems.
• Ensure monitoring supports high-quality partner experience.
• Promote and govern tool adoption including CoPilot AI.
• Plan changes aligned with the delivery roadmap.
• Lead sessions to understand system usage and reduce legacy approaches.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and decommissioning of systems.
• Support GDPR, ISO compliance and security coordination with vendors.
• Support M&A-related system migrations.
