Job summary

FSP is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead cross-functional teams and shape technology strategy for complex client engagements. You will design and govern modern architectures across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments, ensuring secure, scalable outcomes aligned to business goals.

You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, drive digital transformation programs, and contribute to pre-sales and client proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Technical Architect, or Technology Consultant, ideally within a consultancy environment delivering outcomes for diverse clients.
• Strong experience advising stakeholders on technology strategy, architecture, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading architecture across user-centred and agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and assurance of business, application, data, and technology architectures aligned to client objectives and strategic outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing architectural guidance and technology leadership across digital transformation programmes.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and delivery teams to identify opportunities for innovation and evaluate solution options.
• Assess current technology landscapes, identifying risks, opportunities, constraints, and technical debt to develop future-state architectures.
• Define architecture principles, governance processes, standards, and best practices to support successful delivery.
• Create technology roadmaps and migration strategies across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, cloud services, AI, automation, data platforms, and industry trends.
• Facilitate workshops, architecture reviews, and executive presentations, translating complex technical concepts into business-focused outcomes.
• Support business development, pre-sales activities, bids, and client proposals.
