In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting both customer and internal systems, resolving advanced technical issues, and leading efforts in automation and platform optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd-line support and mentor junior team members.
• Resolve complex technical escalations and create knowledge resources.
• Automate and streamline service requests and remediation processes.
• Manage and optimise Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, and virtualised environments.
• Support service transitions, documentation, and ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem Management).
• Participate in on-call weekend rota and lead technical projects.
