Job summary

Ekco is a leading cloud-focused MSP seeking a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to design, deploy and operate cloud infrastructure for multiple customers. You will implement IaC with Terraform, manage AKS/EKS clusters, and drive automation across CI/CD pipelines while maintaining security, reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure production environments.
• Strong Terraform experience and IaC discipline.
• Production Kubernetes experience (AKS/EKS).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python or Bash.
• Solid cloud networking and identity knowledge.
• Docker/containerized delivery experience.
• Familiar with ITIL-based processes and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy cloud infrastructure (landing zones, networking, identity, compute, storage, PaaS).
• Deliver migrations from on-premises and other clouds into Azure/AWS.
• Produce clear technical documentation, runbooks and handover materials.
• Design, build and maintain IaC with Terraform across multiple customers.
• Deploy, operate and upgrade Kubernetes clusters (AKS/EKS) with RBAC and security.
• Build and manage container images/registries with image lifecycle policies.
• Implement observability using cloud-native tools with meaningful alerts.
• Support customers’ development teams with platform guidance and deployments.
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks using scripting.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to internal tooling.
