Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex AWS-based cloud solution projects within ProServe. You will bridge business needs with technical outcomes, drive planning and risk management, and communicate across technical and business audiences.

You will escalate issues, develop domain expertise, and shape technical strategies while ensuring customer outcomes are achieved and best practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related science/technical fields
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training or certifications
• Experience managing the end-to-end product life cycle as a product manager
• Experience with project delivery

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects
• Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
• Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards
