Job summary

Accenture UK in Birmingham seeks an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our cloud capability team. You will oversee the DevOps toolchain, promote DevOps culture, and work on multiple client projects.

The role requires hands-on automation using Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). You will also work with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and build deployment dashboards with Power BI. On-call support may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps toolchains and automation across cloud-native and hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of ITSM practices and tools such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DevOps toolchain adoption across multiple projects.
• Lead CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure-as-code efforts.
• Provide technical consultative and delivery services to clients.
• Support on-call and incident resolution as needed.
• Develop dashboards and metrics using Power BI to visualize deployment metrics and SLA performance.
