Job summary

Tecknuovo Limited is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer to design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms across customer environments. You will transform complex requirements into robust data solutions using Databricks or Snowflake on AWS or Azure, with a strong focus on data modeling, CDC, and data quality.

Collaboration with engineers, analysts and stakeholders is essential to ensure secure, maintainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data solutions using modern cloud platforms (Databricks or Snowflake)
• Strong Python and SQL skills for data pipelines, modeling and transformations
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT and data lake patterns
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and processing solutions across customer environments.
• Develop robust ETL/ELT processes and cloud-based data platforms with emphasis on performance, security and maintainability.
• Create effective data models for analytics, reporting and operational use cases.
• Embed data quality, monitoring and observability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Apply software engineering practices: version control, automated tests, CI/CD, infrastructure as code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical data solutions.
• Contribute to technical design decisions and engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot complex data/platform issues and own resolutions.
• Document solutions and share knowledge to enable customer teams to own improvements.
