Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design and deliver Databricks-based data pipelines for complex client projects.

You will engage with clients, collaborate with architects and engineers, and drive best practices across the data lifecycle. The role requires 5–8 years in data engineering, strong SQL/Python, and hands-on experience with Databricks on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in data engineering, data warehousing, or data architecture roles, with at least 3+ years working with Databricks.
• University degree required; preferred: BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Databricks Certification (Data Engineer Professional) highly desirable.
• Proven experience with data pipelines, batch/streaming, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to deliver Databricks-based data solutions.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines for batch and streaming workloads.
• Design and implement data models and governance practices.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and Analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
