Job summary

Content Guru Limited in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple client projects. You will manage timelines, budgets and quality, working closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience.

You will establish project governance, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and drive improvements across the delivery lifecycle. This role is based in our Glasgow office with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent.
• Strong experience in project management or project delivery in technology.
• Proven track record of meeting customer expectations.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish and work to deadlines.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle, cloud platforms and/or hardware/software development.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to motivate others to deliver.

Responsibilities

• Initiate projects in accordance with project management methodology and establish documentation and control.
• Ensure projects are delivered within time, cost and quality tolerances.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.
• Establish a test plan according to customer requirements.
• Manage virtual project teams as required.
• Establish a single point of contact for the customer and agree escalation paths.
• Contribute to bids and tenders and provide project management input to presales activities.
• Manage project costs, track and recover additional costs where possible.
• Generate accurate forecasts for planning and budgeting.
• Maintain financial control through the full project lifecycle and agree billing plans.
• Implement project controls and risk/change management per internal processes.
• Undertake project debriefs to identify improvements.
