Job summary

Westcoast Limited is seeking a Billing/Finance Assistant to support invoicing and operations for Cloud partners. You will work with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely invoicing across vendors and maintain records. The role involves handling queries, onboarding vendors, and supporting financial outputs.

The ideal candidate will have some billing experience, be highly organised, numerate, and a strong communicator, able to work under pressure in a collaborative team.

• Previous experience in a billing/finance role is helpful
• Must be well organised with an excellent eye for detail
• Strong numeracy skills and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Invoice all customers from automated and manual billing platforms
• Respond promptly to vendor and customer queries, escalating high-risk issues as needed
• Investigate complex billing enquiries
• Onboard new vendors
• Validate and approve vendor invoices
• Produce and manage credit notes as required
• Continuously improve financial processes

The Job Role

To work within the billing & finance team assisting in the invoicing and operations for our Cloud partners. Working closely with all teams within the Cloud business to ensure accurate and timely invoicing across all our vendors.

The role is responsible for proactively managing billing and marketplace platforms, keeping records up to date and supporting accurate financial outputs. Regular communication with customers, vendors and internal teams is essential to resolving queries, building effective relationships and supporting the company’s growth goals.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include

• Invoice all customers from our automated and manual billing platforms
• Ensure timely and professional responses to vendor and customer queries, escalating complex or high-risk issues where appropriate.
• Investigating complex billing enquiries
• Onboarding of new vendors
• Validating and approving vendor invoices
• Management and production of credit notes where necessary
• Continued improvement of financial processes
