MORE Hospitality (Mothership) is currently seeking a part-time Closing Restaurant Manager . We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, organized, and self-motivated professional to supervise evening shifts as Manager on Duty. Applicants must have a passion for the hospitality industry, experience in serving/bartending or restaurant management, and work well in a fast paced team environment.

This position is part time (3-4 shifts a week) with the potential to grow into a full time position. Applicants must have evening/nighttime availability Tuesday-Saturday.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Highly organized with fine attention to detail
  • An understanding of restaurant operations
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor
  • 2+ years experience in serving/bartending or restaurant management
  • Strong leadership skills and confidence managing a seasoned team
  • Familiarity with restaurant software (Toast, Opentable) is a plus
  • ServSafe, TIPS, Crowd Manager certifications (can be acquired upon hire)
