The Estée Lauder Companies seeks an Assistant Counter Manager to support store leadership, coach a team of Sales Associates, and drive sales and service excellence in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

Candidate should have proven supervisory, coaching and retail operations skills, with availability for retail hours including weekends and events. Training and development opportunities are offered.

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
