HC-One is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join as a Clinical Unit Manager in our care homes. You will lead clinical care, mentor staff and supervise students, while maintaining a person-centred approach that respects residents’ dignity.

You will ensure safeguarding practices and high-quality care, stepping in to manage operations when senior managers are unavailable, and collaborating with multi-professional teams to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and commitment to professional standards.
• Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, including students.
• Ability to deliver person-centred care across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist settings.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the highest standard of nursing care across the home.
• Take responsibility for part of the home and cover when Home Manager/Deputy Home Manager are absent.
• Demonstrate effective communication, professional behaviour and safeguarding readiness.
