HC-One Limited is seeking an experienced Clinical Unit Manager for our care home teams. You will lead nursing care, mentor staff and students, and ensure safeguarding and person-centred practice are at the core of daily operations.

You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN, capable of stepping in for the Home Manager when required, and dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based Kind Care to Residents and their families.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN and up-to-date practice standards.
• Ability to mentor and supervise nursing students and junior colleagues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions.
• Commitment to safeguarding training and best-practice care.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for a defined area of the home and deliver high-quality nursing care.
• Act as acting Home Manager in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy.
• Deliver person-centred care, maintaining resident dignity and wellbeing.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to Colleagues and Students as needed.
• Ensure safeguarding protocols are followed and report concerns appropriately.
