Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Experience in dementia, nursing, residential or specialist care preferred.
• Ability to mentor and supervise students.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for part of the home and cover for Home Manager when needed.
• Mentor and supervise nursing colleagues and students.
• Deliver person-centred care while maintaining resident dignity and wellbeing.
• Ensure safeguarding responsibilities and report concerns as required.
