Job summary

Purosearch Ltd is recruiting for a Clinical Unit Manager (RGN/RMN) in Falkirk. This is a full-time, permanent role (44 hours) within a dementia nursing home. You will oversee a clinical unit, lead a dedicated team and uphold high standards of person-centred dementia care.

The ideal candidate has NMC registration (RGN or RMN), experience in elderly or dementia care, and strong clinical/leadership skills. Salary up to £56,000 DOE with a comprehensive benefits package.
