Job summary

Alloa's dementia nursing home is seeking a Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN). This full-time role (38.5 hours) offers a salary up to £49,000 DOE and permanent contract.

You will oversee a clinical unit, lead and develop the nursing team, and drive high standards of person-centred care for residents. The role includes ongoing training, pension and generous leave, plus supportive management and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
