My name is Lina, and I am the Clinical Trials Pharmacy Technician Team Manager for the Oxford Clinical Trials team.
I manage and support a talented team of Technicians, Practitioners, Assistants, and Apprentices providing support to our clinical trial research teams across all trust sites in Oxfordshire.
The Clinical Trials Pharmacy team includes Pharmacists, Technicians, Practitioners, Assistants, and Apprentices, with support from rotational staff such as student technicians and pharmacists. We collaborate closely with research teams within the trust and external partners.

Core responsibilities include ensuring GCP compliance, managing clinical trial medicines, maintaining documentation, supporting audits, and liaising with research staff and sponsors. Additional duties involve supporting aseptic preparations, stock management, and environmental monitoring within the CTASU.
