Job summary

The post holder at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust will provide high-quality data coordination within the Haematology Research Unit (HRU) and deliver efficient administrative support to the trials portfolio.

They will ensure confidentiality, work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with Principal Investigators, HRU staff, recruiters, sponsors, and clinical teams to support both commercial and non-commercial trials.

Qualifications

• BSc Life Sciences degree or equivalent relevant work experience in data coordination/ management.
• Previous research data collection/entry experience.
• ECDL or proven equivalent experience in MS Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining Investigator Site Files and source documentation.
• Recruitment accrual uploads on to the UKCRN portal/EDGE.
• Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits/inspections.
• Ensure Serious Adverse Events are recorded and reported within 24 hours.
• Assist in archiving trial documentation at study end.
• Provide administrative support for meetings and minute taking.
• Disseminate information to consultants regarding new trials to enable recruitment.
