Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Recruitment Facilitator for the NIHR Clinical Research Facility: Oxford Health Secondment. The role delivers specialist recruitment support for complex clinical studies, including early-phase research, working with clinical teams to plan feasibility and monitor recruitment throughout the study lifecycle.

Core hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. The post involves on-site work at the NIHR CRF: Oxford Health (Warneford Hospital) and aims to embed

Qualifications

• Educated to degree-level or equivalent in relevant subject.
• Evidence of postgraduate learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing information, education, and support to patients and carers regarding recruitment into research studies across OHFT.
• Communicate clearly with staff within the department and across other departments, the trust, and external partners.
• Obtain informed consent from participants to research studies after training.
• Provide oversight and guidance to the R&D team regarding recruitment and address organisational issues.
