Job summary

CellCentric Limited is seeking a meticulous Clinical Trial Assistant to support the Clinical Operations team on late-stage trials. You will coordinate documents, meetings, and day-to-day study activities, while ensuring TMF accuracy and timely maintenance of study records.

The role offers exposure to investigator files, trackers, and vendor communications, with guidance from Senior staff. A life-science or related degree and strong organizational skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in life science, health-related, business, or related discipline.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in clinical research or regulated environment is helpful but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional with external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Willingness to learn clinical trial processes, GCP, and TMF/document management.
• Ability to follow established processes and work reliably with guidance; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support TMF administration, including document collection, filing, indexing, quality checks.
• Provide administrative support across Clinical Operations and coordinate activities.
• Assist with investigator site files and study documentation maintenance.
• Maintain study trackers and coordinate approvals, amendments, and essential documents.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track actions.
• Support invoices, purchase orders, and vendor documentation.
• Coordinate team meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-up items.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel with colleagues for site activities as needed.
