Zusammenfassung

Tigermed is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to lead site management for UK trials. You will oversee site selection, SIV initiation, monitoring, safety reporting, and study logistics to ensure protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.

You will train site staff on ICH-GCP, maintain trial master files, manage budgets and payments, and coordinate study tools and materials across sites. Strong MS Office skills and 8+ years CRA experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or above in Medical, Pharmacology or Biology related major.
• At least 8 year of CRA experience.
• Good understanding and knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and trial operations.
• Good skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook, etc.

Aufgaben

• Site selection, initiation (SIV) and clinical monitoring.
• Pre-study visit to ensure eligible sites are selected per criteria.
• Prepare and conduct SIV to train site staff for study start.
• Ensure PI/staff complies with safety reporting per protocol and GCP.
• Track study recruitment to meet targets across studies.
• Conduct monitoring visits per SDV plan and close monitoring reports.
• Coordinate timely delivery of study materials to sites.
• Assemble site-specific EC submission dossiers for EC submission.
• Provide ongoing training to site staff on ICH-GCP and protocol.
• Maintain essential documents and trial master files.
• Archive study records per sponsor requirements.
• Disseminate safety information; report SAE within timelines.
• Finalize budget and secure contracts prior to site initiation.
• Ensure Study Payment Schedule is executed and documented.
• Update and maintain Study tools and systems.
