Job summary

Smartee Group is seeking a skilled trainer to bridge product knowledge with clinical applications in the UK. You will train doctors, explain treatment plans, and deliver full-cycle technical support to ensure correct and effective use of Smartee products.

Key tasks include leading medical product trainings, handling clinical inquiries, supporting events, and maintaining strong doctor relationships across the UK market.

Qualifications

• Solid medical knowledge or in-depth experience in digital design for clear aligners.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills; adaptable to cross-cultural work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical product and system training for doctors, covering operation and related knowledge.
• Communicate with doctors in the UK regarding patient cases and explain Smartee treatment plans.
• Provide pre- and post-sale technical support to ensure timely guidance to customers.
• Support industry exhibitions and conferences in the UK with product demonstrations and talks.
• Respond to medical and technical inquiries, maintain positive client relationships and improve service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
