Job summary

KirkhamYoung Ltd, a leading medical device company, seeks a clinically experienced Clinical Therapy Specialist to cover the South of England and South Wales. The role is field-based, supporting theatre teams, surgical lists, product evaluations and customer education.

Travel can be extensive with evaluations running up to two weeks. You will collaborate with the commercial team to build strong clinical relationships, identify opportunities and contribute to the territory's sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• ODP or theatre-based clinician, minimum Band 4.
• Strong knowledge of the operating theatre environment.
• Commercial or medical device experience would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

Job description

A leading medical device company is looking for a clinically experienced Clinical Therapy Specialist to support its surgical table portfolio across the South of England and South Wales.

This is a busy, highly field-based role working closely with operating theatre teams, supporting surgical lists, product evaluations and customer education. Evaluations can run for up to two weeks, so there is significant travel involved.

You'll also work closely with the commercial team, helping to develop the sales pipeline, identify opportunities and build strong clinical relationships across the territory.

We're ideally looking for an ODP or theatre-based clinician, minimum Band 4, with strong knowledge of the operating theatre environment. Previous commercial or medical device experience would be a real advantage.

The territory covers broadly from the M40 southwards, including the South West and South Wales, but excluding London and Kent. Bristol would be an ideal base.
