Job summary

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester is seeking a Clinical Team Manager for the Talking Therapies South service on a permanent basis. The role involves day-to-day management, line management supervision, recruitment, training and coordination with HR, and chairing team meetings to drive service development.

The post is 33.75 hours a week with potential split duties and requires a minimum of two days in the office per week, with at least one day in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in people management and line management within healthcare.
• Experience supporting HR policies and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the Talking Therapies South service.
• Provide line management supervision to staff and deputise for the Operational Manager when required.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and retention; work with HR on policy implementation.
• Chair team meetings and identify learning opportunities for service development.
