Job summary

VIQU Limited is partnering with a leading healthcare organisation in South Wales to recruit a Clinical Systems Trainer to join their Digital Programmes team. This role focuses on rolling out, adopting and evolving clinical systems to improve day-to-day operations and patient care.

You'll design and deliver engaging training programmes, develop user-friendly learning materials and support users through the implementation of new digital systems, working with Digital, Business Change and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training on clinical, healthcare or business systems.
• Designing training materials and user documentation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience supporting system implementations or digital change programmes.
• Ability to engage users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Experience within healthcare or a clinical environment is highly desirable.

Clinical Systems Trainer
Location: Cardiff - Hybrid | 12/24-Month Fixed-Term Contract | £32,000 - £39,000

This is an exciting opportunity to support the rollout, adoption and ongoing development of business-critical clinical systems, helping colleagues confidently use technology that improves day-to-day operations and patient care.

Working closely with Digital, Business Change and operational teams, you'll design and deliver engaging training programmes, develop user-friendly learning materials and support users through the implementation of new digital systems.
