The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Systems Support Officer based at the Royal Free Hospital, Hampstead, with responsibilities spanning across Trust sites. The role involves strong collaboration with Operations Managers, clinical teams, and external providers to maintain and upgrade clinical systems.

You will manage RBAC security, support complex clinical applications, and provide timely reporting from IT systems.

Formación

• Experience with security and access control (RBAC) in clinical systems.
• Ability to provide complex clinical application support via Teams, F2F or phone.
• Experience liaising with operations managers, clinicians and external providers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage security and access control (RBAC) and review rights.
• Liaise with General Managers to discuss workflow improvements.
• Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
• Provide highly complex clinical application support using Teams, F2F, or telephone.
• Coordinate with Informatics, Coding, DQ, RTT to ensure Patient Systems representation.
• Provide up-to-date reporting from departmental IT systems upon request.
