Job summary

Healthcare Management Trust is seeking a Clinical Systems Manager to lead the organisation's EPR strategy across St Hugh's and Sancta Maria Hospitals. You will configure, optimise and support Compucare8 while collaborating with clinical and operational teams to improve workflows and data quality.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking and experience with healthcare reporting, data governance and system upgrades.

Qualifications

Experience configuring and supporting Compucare8 or similar EPR systems.
Experience upgrading systems, conducting testing and implementing changes.
Knowledge of healthcare reporting, data quality and performance management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop Compucare8, including configuration, optimisation and support.
Coordinate system and functionality upgrades, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementations.
Work with clinicians and operational teams to improve clinical workflows and system usability.
Monitor and improve data quality, reporting and performance information.
Investigate and resolve system issues, liaising with suppliers where required.
Develop user guidance, deliver training and support colleagues across the organisation.
Ensure compliance with information governance, GDPR and data security requirements.
Drive continuous improvement through system enhancements and user feedback.
