Job summary

max20 Project Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to support an NHS client in the South of England during the EPR optimisation phase (SystmOne). You will review current processes and work with clinical/operational teams to recommend new ways of working, while travelling to trust sites to engage stakeholders. On-site presence is required three days per week.

The ideal candidate will have recent SystmOne experience, NHS knowledge, and familiarity with mental health and community care settings.

Qualifications

• Experience with SystmOne in NHS settings.
• Familiar with EPR optimisation programmes.
• Knowledge of NHS processes, including mental health and community care.
• Willingness to travel to trust sites and work on-site 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Review existing processes and propose new ways of working.
• Engage with operational services to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Support the NHS project during the optimisation phase of EPR implementation.
