Job summary

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Configuration Analyst (Band 5) within the system support team to provide clinical system support, primarily for Meditech, across Trust sites.

The role emphasises NHS knowledge, analytical skills, customer service and on-call out of hours support. You will configure EPR, log incidents, and work with stakeholders to enhance clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with NHS clinical systems and good understanding of NHS workflows.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Configure and set up the EPR system in line with stakeholder requirements.
• Provide a help desk service for the clinical system, logging and tracking requests.
• Monitor and prioritise 1st/2nd line support calls, owning issues to resolution.
• Document configuration, changes and user guides to keep information up to date.
• Collaborate with analysts and the EPR team to enhance clinical workflows.
• Prepare information for board meetings, highlighting issues and risks.
