Job summary

The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Support Worker to join our Cardiothoracic team. You will contribute to direct patient care under supervision, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

You should be flexible to cover day and night shifts, commit to safety standards, and help us improve patient experience in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct patient care is advantageous.
• Willingness to work rotating day/night shifts.
• Ability to work under supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Support Worker to join our friendly Cardiothoracic team. Are you a flexible, motivated and caring individual who can work as part of the multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality care for our patients. You will be a valued member of a dynamic, forward thinking and friendly team that is always striving to deliver best practice., To assist with the direct care of patients as delegated to and supervised by registered nurse / health care professional.

To provide support to the nursing team working collaboratively with members of the multi-disciplinary team and contributing positively to the delivery of high quality compassionate care.

To uphold the fundamental standards of safety and quality always putting the patients first and protecting them from harm.

Must be able to work days and nights.
