A leading care provider is seeking a Clinical Support Worker to assist an individual with complex needs in their home. This full-time role involves providing compassionate, tailored support, engaging in activities, and ensuring a comfortable living environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex care and a full UK Driving Licence.

Pay rate: £13.26 - £15.91 per hour
Shift Pattern: Days, Nights, and Sleep-Ins (8am-8pm & 8pm-8am)
We have a rewarding opportunity to work with an individual living in their family home in Stoke-On-Trent. This person has complex clinical needs, including PEG feeding and oral suctioning. They are quadriplegic, suffer from cerebral palsy and epilepsy, but these do not define them. They enjoy hobbies such as listening to music, pampering sessions, and community visits. Local knowledge of Stoke-On-Trent and the ability to drive a car with a full UK Driving Licence are essential.

What will your shift involve?
You will provide high-quality care on a 2:1 basis, ensuring compassionate, tailored support. Responsibilities include engaging in meaningful activities, community outings to promote social interaction, and household tasks to maintain a comfortable, independent living environment. Clear communication in their preferred manner is essential to build trust.
