Position Overview

Assists in the oversight and development of the Clinical Department and Service Delivery, including hiring, supervision, and evaluation. Regularly reviews program services to meet client needs. Collaborates with the Clinical Director to develop, plan, and implement strategies for program continuation and growth. Provides clinical training to staff and interns as necessary.

Specific Responsibilities
  1. Assist in planning and evaluating clinical programs and services, including expanding the range, quality, and quantity of services at CRR.
  2. Supervise staff and develop clinical quality assurance procedures based on scientific principles.
  3. Troubleshoot clinically-related problems and implement initiatives to improve clinical quality.
  4. Implement procedures for regular feedback collection from staff and patients to improve clinical practices.
  5. Hire, train, and retain top talent; participate in performance management.
  6. Assess clinical competence of team members and provide necessary training and development.
  7. Lead and inspire staff by articulating a compelling vision and fostering talent development.
  8. Uphold professional ethics and values, respecting individual cultures, beliefs, and abilities.
  9. Collaborate with other health professionals and leaders from various disciplines.
  10. Responsible for chart auditing related to supervisees.
  11. Conduct supervision and group supervision as needed.
Education And Experience
  1. Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
  2. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  3. Licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, or LADC1.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  5. 2-5 years in a clinical management role, leading people and managing processes preferred.
  6. Proven track record of excellent operational performance.
Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment. The noise level is usually moderate.

Physical Demands

Regular talking and hearing required; frequent use of hands for handling objects; occasional standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, or balancing; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.

Travel

Primarily local travel during the workday, with some out-of-area and overnight travel expected.
