Locala Community Partnerships CIC in Kirklees is seeking a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist to join the South Kirklees Orthopaedic and Frailty team on a permanent basis. An opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our South Kirklees Orthopaedic and Frailty team.
Locala community rehabilitation service provides high quality care to patients in their own homes, community rehabilitation facilities and care homes. We are patient centred and holistic in our approach and work with patients to maximise their independence.
The role requires a motivated and dynamic person to work within an established service, and it is essential that you can work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience of treating patients with falls, frailty , vascular and orthopaedic conditions is essential. Good communication skills and team working are essential qualities.
There are opportunities for training within the team.
This is a community-based role so being a driver with access to a vehicle for business use is an essential requirement for the role.
