Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare seeks an experienced Clinical Skills Lead to shape our clinical skills and simulation portfolio across London and Hertfordshire. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, translating workforce needs into evidence-based education, competency frameworks and simulation-based learning.

You will lead a skilled clinical skills team, oversee governance and assurance, and use evaluation to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• Lead the design, delivery, governance and evaluation of a clinical skills programme.
• Translate workforce needs, service risks and audits into education and simulation learning.
• Provide leadership to the clinical skills team and oversee education governance and assurance.
• Expand simulation-based learning, human factors and structured debriefing across the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a high-quality, evidence-based clinical skills programme.
• Governance and evaluation of the clinical skills and simulation portfolio.
• Collaborate with senior clinical leaders, educators and external partners.
• Develop competency frameworks and scalable learning for a diverse workforce.
