Responsabilidades

• Lead design, delivery, governance and evaluation of the clinical skills programme.
• Work with senior clinical and professional leaders, educators, SMEs and external partners.
• Translate workforce needs, service risks, incidents, audit findings and priorities into education and simulation-based learning.
• Expand simulation, scenario-based learning, human factors and structured debriefing across CLCH.
