About The Role

In your role as a Clinical Service Manager at HC-One, you’ll value kindness above all. You will oversee and assist with all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home. Responsibilities include creating and updating individual care plans for residents and maintaining accurate medication records.

Drawing on your clinical experience, you will support and guide your team, develop strong community relationships, and help enhance the HC-One brand. You will manage staffing through efficient rotas and occasionally provide out-of-hours cover.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin, knowledge of National Standards and the NMC Code of Practice, and experience in person-led care planning. You should be committed to professional development, coaching, and adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct. A compassionate leader with the ability to motivate and mentor your team is essential.
