Home Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Clinical Sales Specialist for Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Technologies across a field-based territory in the UK. You will apply clinical, rehabilitation or performance expertise to promote innovative medical technologies to physiotherapists, rehab specialists and sports professionals.

Formación

• Degree or recognised qualification in physiotherapy, sports science or related health discipline.
• Commercial experience in medical devices, healthcare or rehabilitation tech.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales or performance targets.
• Ability to engage with clinicians and senior decision-makers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; explain clinical info clearly.
• Consultative sales approach aligned to customer needs.
• Self-directed, motivated with ability to work across a field-based territory.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets per commercial strategy.
• Identify and develop new business across clinics, rehab centres, and universities.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and growth.
• Conduct product demos and clinical training for physiotherapists and staff.
• Deliver onboarding, workshops, and product-use education.
• Build long-term relationships with clinicians and decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM with customer, opportunity, and sales activity data.
• Capture market insights to support commercial planning.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
