Job summary

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an organised administrator to support recruitment for research studies. The role involves screening potential participants, reviewing records, and maintaining logs, with data management and documentation duties across the team.

Where trained, you may assist with clinical procedures such as taking observations and collecting samples, while ensuring compliance with GCP and data protection. A supportive, inclusive environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working in healthcare, NHS or clinical environment is advantageous.
• Experience handling large volumes of information or records.
• Typing/word processing or IT qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and screen potential participants and review clinical records.
• Provide administrative and data management support and maintain recruitment logs.
• Coordinate research appointments and maintain essential study documentation.
• Support clinical procedures such as observations, sample collection, or ECGs where trained.
