Job summary

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator to support the Research team, assisting Principal Investigators, trial nurses and the coordination team with administrative and coordination tasks across phases of clinical trials.

You will arrange research appointments, enter data, maintain trial documentation and communication with monitors, ensuring compliance with GCP, FCCR SOPs and NHS governance frameworks. Training and NHS Pension are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in a science or health related discipline.
• Experience in administration including data management.
• Good written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with arranging research appointments and data entry.
• Maintain electronic trackers and essential documentation.
• Liaise with monitors during site visits.
• Ensure adherence to GCP and FCCR SOPs.
• Support audit and inspections preparations.
