Job summary

The Christie NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester is recruiting a Band 7 Clinical Research Nurse to lead the AICT Research Team within early phase oncology trials. You will coordinate cell therapy and immunotherapy protocols, support trial setup, and oversee patient recruitment and care within a multidisciplinary team.

You will ensure compliance with ICH/GCP standards and Trust SOPs, provide supervision and development for the AICT team, and engage with national and international research

Qualifications

• Leadership to manage the AICT Research team

• Flexibility in working arrangements and cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Experience in clinical research and oncology is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cell therapy and immunotherapy trial protocols
• Support feasibility reviews and setup/activation of new trials
• Recruit and manage patients in early phase solid tumour studies
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across multi‑regulatory frameworks
