Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support the Research and Innovation team across hospital and community sites. You will assist in delivering research trials, coordinating participant recruitment, and managing laboratory samples with close coordination to Research Nurses and Practitioners.

Qualifications

• Experience in research, audit or service evaluation.
• Experience of working in a clinical environment.
• Experience of information management, e.g. data inputting.

Responsabilités

• Support recruitment of research participants from clinical and community settings with Research Nurses and Clinical Research Practitioners.
• Support laboratory sample handling and processing according to trial protocols; monitor stocks of study kits.
• Phlebotomy skills would be an advantage, with full training provided.
• Travel across the Trust geography and possibly drive the mobile research unit with a valid licence.
