A leading disability care provider in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a compassionate Clinical Registered Manager to lead a high-dependency residential care home for younger adults with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a valid NMC PIN, CQC registration, and strong leadership skills. This role focuses on person-centred care, compliance with CQC standards, and fostering continuous improvement within the team. About Kenway Court: Kenway Court is a residential, community‑focused care home in Southend‑on‑Sea. The service supports people with intellectual and physical disabilities. People who live at Kenway Court have wide individual choice, with active support from staff. Our service offers nursing support to those with complex needs.
