Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Psychological Therapist (HCPC registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist) for Learning Disability Services in North Essex. The post offers supervision, development opportunities and potential progression to Band 8a; part-time 22.5 hours weekly, in community settings with possible inpatient work.

Qualifications

• Doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology.
• HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
• Driving licence and access to a car may be required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out psychological assessments and therapy for individuals across a range of care settings.
• Provide support for families and carers.
• Work within a multidisciplinary Psychology team in Learning Disability Services.
• Receive supervision and engage in CPD opportunities.
• Contribute to service development and research/education initiatives.
