BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Clinical Product Specialist to support customers in Southwest England and South Wales. You will assess patient needs, demonstrate equipment and train users while expanding our presence in community stores, care homes, and local authorities with full training provided.

The role requires a clinical background, comfort with demos, and a UK driving licence for a van-based role. Competitive salary plus uncapped quarterly bonus and benefits are offered.

Formación

• A customer-facing clinical background is required (HCA, OT, physio, nurse, rehab assistant, PT or similar).
• Confidence running demos, training and assessments.
• Commercial, consultative instincts.
• A full UK licence and comfort driving a Transit-sized van.

Clinical Product Specialist – Southwest & South Wales

£35,000-£42,000 DOE + £7,000-£10,000 uncapped quarterly bonus + fully expensed van and fuel card

Our client has spent nearly 40 years making premium moving and handling equipment that improves patient outcomes, protects carers and supports independent living.

THE ROLE: You'll work with OTs, physios, manual handling advisors and clinical leads to assess patient needs, demonstrate products and train users. You'll also grow accounts and win new business across community equipment stores, care homes, local authorities and housing associations. Full training provided.

YOU'LL NEED:
