We’re currently recruiting for an IPP in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, for a high-QoF achieving Training Practice for a 12 month fixed-trm-contract. The hours on offer are flexible, and you can choose what works around your personal life. The successful candidate will be well-supported by the friendly and approachable GPs. The surgery takes pride in it’s fantastic inner-network, and it’s a pleasant and positive environment to work in.

The practice is a large GP and ANP Training Practice, with fantastic support from GPs, management and a strong administration team. The clinical team take pride in being safe, efficient and high-achieving in areas such as Long-Term conditions and QoF.

Provide clinical medication reviews, including SMRs, for patients with longterm conditions and polypharmacy.

• Manage acute and repeat prescription requests, ensuring safe and effective prescribing.
• Support longterm condition management and contribute to medicines optimisation across the practice.
• Run pharmacistled clinics (face to face and remote) for medicationrelated issues.
• Action medicinesrelated tasks from total triage and Patchs online consultations.
• Lead on medicines safety, audits, MHRA alerts, and antimicrobial stewardship.

Contribute to QOF, IIF and PCN medicinesrelated objectives.
